Exercise should be a virtually immediate impact
Interesting. I have noted my sugar before and after workout and they are just same. That's for 1 hour walk. Also, I have seen when I do weights, I do very light weights generally < 25 lbs for 15 mins, they seems to have a much better impact on my sugar than walking. I see the benefits of walking only after a day.

May be I need more readings to understand it better.
