Dang, I have never liked Experían, but now I dislike them even more.

I haven't had reason to contact them for awhile, but when I called them today, instead of a central location for disputes/questions, they have it regionalized. My “region” only has ONE person working only 3 days per week and the woman doesn't have instant access to our CRs (it takes her about 1 hour to obtain the report from Experían).

I had absolutely no problems with the other two CRAs.

If I call the 888-number on my regular phone, it IDs me and tells me to call the “local” number and does not allow transfers to a live person. I called the local phone company and they state (and this sounds WEIRD) that there is no way to block caller ID on an individual call (although this was an option with my old phone company, apparently QWEST is far behind in technology!). So I called the 888-number on our cell phone, thinking the ID wouldn't work – well, the ID didn't work, but I still couldn't get a live person.

Why is Experían so screwy? Argh!
