FalconStor has demonstrated it can sign up lots of partners to resell or incorporate their technology. It isn't clear that the company leverages these alliances very well in terms of increasing revenues or profits. With losses since the Long Island company was founed by ex-Cheyenne employees, I don't understand why it would possibly be under consideration as a rule-breaker.
