Is there a convenient, free site to lookup and compare REITs based on FFO or AFFO? It's not a standard metric that Yahoo displays on their stock statistics page, for instance.

I did it for data center REITs by going to GuruFocus and plugging in different tickers one by one and making my own table. For example, here is EQIX's page:

Change the ticker in the URL and I can pull up competitors and copy the FFO per Share into my own spreadsheet.

NAREIT also has the FFO numbers that I can divide by outstanding shares to get FFO per Share. That's about the same level of effort as using GuruFocus data.

Everyone talks about FFO and AFFO as being critical to evaluating REITs, it just seemed like that data should be more readily available for comparison purposes. There ought to be a better way to evaluate competitors side-by-side. Is there?
