How long does it usually take for a FICA score to improve on a credit report once a dispute has been resolved in the consumer's favor?

After disputing it for three months, I called all four credit bureaus last week and found that Ally finally updated my reports to show that I am current. I'd like to get the free FICA score but would like it to accurately reflect the current payments.

How long I should wait?
