First of all: great subject line, how could anybody resist reading "The pastry chef and the brain surgeon?"

Second, Bismarck noted that there are two things you should never watch being made: sausages and laws.

Third: I think it's probably, on balance, better that these clowns in Congress expose themselves for all the world to see; whether the voters (who, after all, put them there in the first place) act on what they see is another matter.
