You wrote, I was part of the group that subscribed to CD3X service which provided lists of investment grade preferreds for $25 or less. I haven't found a suitable replacement since that subscription expired. I've gone to Quantumonline which provides a list of preferreds but doesn't really allow you to screen for precisely what you're looking for. Any alternatives?

I use a Google Docs spreadsheet. I just scrape a list from Quantumonline and paste it into one page in the sheet. Another page presents the data formatted, with current price, YTM, YTW and tax-adjusted YTM/YTW among other things available for filtering and sorting.
