For those of you who are members of MF Pro, Million Dollar Portfolio or Supernova, FoolFest 2015 has been announced for March 2nd. I've been checking out train schedules and airline fares and I'm coming to the realization that FoolFest 2015 is going to be too expensive without some creative engineering. Two nights at The Westin Alexandria will run around $457 with tax, and airfare would cost an additional $235.

So here's what I am thinking. Are there any MFPro, MDP or SN Fools in the Atlanta area who want to go to FoolFest 2015 and are interested in driving up on Sunday morning and back on Tuesday morning? We would take the FuskieMobileHybrid™ which would cost approximately $35 each way. Forget planes or trains, it's automobile!

We could further reduce costs by sharing the room and splitting the hotel rate if you don't mind bunking with a midlife Fool. I'm willing to share a room with anyone, male or female, though I'm not looking for trouble so women should make sure it's OK with any men in their lives first. :-)

So let me know if this sounds like something that might interest you. If you haven't been to a Fool Fest, it's a load of fun. You not only can learn a lot but you get to meet many of your fellow Fools you've only known as a screen name. Of course, moving it from February to March, Alexandria may not be as Frozen as in recent years but I can fit up to 4 comfortably, so anyone from the south up for a road trip?

Who promises not to talk about Disney the whole time...
