By the way, it would be interesting, when you begin the unit on credit cards, to see what an informal survey of their connotations of credit shows. You might consider asking them how many credit cards their parents have, how much complaining they hear at home about the bills, whether cards have ever caused problems at home, how "they" would manage a credit card, etc.
