For IRA accounts you can take from the ones that you want to take from.
The IRS pub 590 says to figure what your RMD is for each IRA Individually. Now you can decide which account or accounts to withdraw from. This is for IRA only. Roth IRA’s don’t have any RMD’s if they are yours and not inherited.
401K or 403 accounts are not IRA’s and must be dealt with separately.
401K or Roth 401K do have RMD’s.

Make sure your banks and or brokers are not doing automatic RMD’s for their accounts.

See IRS P590B for the details.
