For VR, there are many winners. First among them will of course be the enablers such as Arista (assuming they retain their CAP and it is not tossed to commoditization - which is the current fear) and Nvidia who will certainly enable, at minimum at the server level, and almost certainly a decent chunk of the edge delivery level, the graphics to VR.

Who else is going to do it on a mass scale?

Of course eCommerce will hopefully grow from it (but this stuff usually takes a lot longer than we imagine - but once Apple starts it, then Samsung will start it, and Under Armour and Nike will start it, and then Jim's Sex Dolls and Exotic Ink Pens of Lore will start it...but how much this will accelerate eCommerce.

Square is intending on benefitting from crypto...lots to choose from.

But who will the new vendors be disrupting things? We will find out when they go public, if they go public, as there is so much money in the existing players these days, that more and more companies just sell out before going public. Only the best seem to make it through these days (or those not so best that they could not sell out at a great premium).
