Did anyone else catch this on NPR on Tuesday? Terry Gross interviews Elizabeth Warren of Harvard Law about credit cards, unethical practices, a bit of history...
I just heard the whole thing today via a podcast, and it's enlightening. Just when I think that I know how scummy and sneaky the various folks behind the ubiquitous Visa and Mastercard logos, I'm shocked to find out that I don't even know the half of it.
It's definitely worth a listen.

Thanks for the heads-up acidspit.
I just synced my iPod up with the last 5 episodes of Fresh Air, so I'll listen to it tonight when I go to bed.

This is well worth the listen. Just listening to the history of the usury laws alone.... wow....
