From what I can tell, the formula is something like this:
(loss accepted by finalizing aquisition of Pentech which equated to earnings lower than estimates)
+(market correction across most sectors)
+(being a toy company in a market that could all but care less about toy companies right now)
=JAKK's currently undervalued market price.

(Undervalued is my own interpretation, although I would guess most people on this board would agree with me)

Regarding the hobby & craft Harry Potter kits, I obviously didn't grow up with the technology available today. If I was lucky, I had a friend who owned an Atari or Intellivision. But I did have a lot of Colorform's, play-doh, and other play sets. I think it's great that JAKK's has the rights to such activity sets for Harry Potter.

Regarding action figures, I see a lot of X-Men (and the like) action figures for sale at Odd Lotts for $2.99each. I rarely see activity sets.
