I am so angry with BOA!! I had 4 charges at the same place on the same day (July) made at a place near where I live that were not made by me. Fortunately, I was in Europe so it seemed like a clear cut case of stolen information.

I faxed my ticket stubs and passport stamps (not to mention it is the same card I paid for the tickets with) and BOA reversed the charges and interest. All over, right? NO, they have just reinstated the charges on my account! And of course, the fraud department is not open on the weekends.

So, now I'm not sure if I should call or write. Has anyone had a similar experience?

I've searched past posts and wasn't able to find anything so I do apologize if this has been asked before.
