FWIW, I don't try to predict the future. I just stay fully invested (or nearly so) all the time. "Waiting for the pullback" seems fruitless, most of the time. Meanwhile the market advances, and when the inevitable pullback does happen there is no guarantee it will pull back to a lower level than it is right now.

I just try to pick good companies, and then make certain they're still good quarter to quarter. Of course, I'm not 100% effective at that either. Just look at my ROKU... :-(
