FWIW, I suggest taking a good look at whether there is any advantage to making a traditional to Roth IRA conversion. I am mostly retired living on traditional IRA withdrawals and part time consulting income. I could not generate a scenario that made sense for me to do a conversion. Basically, my analysis was all I would accomplish was to prepay income taxes to Uncle Sam. Of course, YMMV.
