Good for you. Myself, I painted my YBE&trade's bedroom yesterday and my thighs are so stiff from crouching down that I can barely walk today. YBE asked me if it was because of my diet, asking if I should be eating more protien. I take in about 120-180g of carbs per day, eating 60g at lunch and dinner and maybe a light breakfast, afternoon or evening snack. I eat a decent amount of meat and while I do not look for fruits and vegetables, I do eat them.

I only weigh 145lbs (on a 5'9" frame) and my morning sugars are usually in the high 120's and low 130's. I have thought I ate pretty well. I feast on a combination of frozen foods (not a great cook), prepared meals, diet drinks and the occasional junk food snack. I also work out on a treadmill a few times a week, feel lethargic sometimes (especially in the morning), and have been more or less housebound having been unemployed the last 5 months.

Who thinks he just used muscles that have not been taken out for a while...
