Good onya for doing your sums and staying strong! I bought this stock purely on its RuleMaker criteria back on 28/04/2000 at $6.65. I could have sworn I had picked a winner, but as we know, TMF RuleMaker criteria back then had no guidelines for determining a "reasonable" PRICE. Using PEG or PER is probably the way to go - I wish I had done it. I now look at ROIC>15 and PER<15. CTL's average ROIC has been 56. But its PER has been >30 (last time I checked).

By the way, I still have them - ouch!!!
