The only qualification about those high dividend stocks is that in some cases the reason for the high dividend is that the stock has declined significantly. This might mean that the company is in trouble, and may not be able to pay the dividend at some point in the future.

I am not suggesting that with respect to any of the stocks you have mentioned, however.
