Granted this is completely different than "personal religious reasons", but it is a counterpoint to your statement above.I think it was implicit in the statement that "prescription that causes death" isn't legitimate. Pharmacists should fill any precription that isn't going to have some kind of safety issue for the patient (incorrect dosage prescribed, interactions, etc)
