And they only issue 16% affordable housing permit - in their state where 41% of the people needed such housing. (Yes, a wealth-gapped Liberal heaven)....

They are surprised at why they forced people to resort to alternative means of supporting themselves.

And now they're scared. Fear - typical Liberal need.
