You make a good point. I think the bigger issue is that we haven't (yet) effectively marketed the true value of what you sold - access to you through this medium. Ultimately it is my belief that you are selling a service rather than a product.

Engaging in dialog with customers provides a better, more personal product and it is more rewarding for everyone. We should definitely consider this when we promote your next piece of research...
