BLX seems like a compelling investment when looking at the stats. With an earnings yield of around 11%, a decent dividend and conservative management I'm tempted to buy. But when I check EPS it's been declining for the last five years and the stock price is stuck in neutral over that same timeframe. I'm not sure if this is a growth story or more of a cash cow. Can we expect a better performance going forward?
