But that does not mean what he is trying to accomplish is unjust or immoral.

I do not think a man who fancies himself an expert and routinely underperforms a strategy that a bright eight year old can follow is unjust or immoral. I just think that he has less investing accumen than a bright eight year old. The fact that there is an entire field composed of not-quite-bright-eight-year-olds-yet, who make their living advising folks who are not-quite-bright-six-year-olds-yet, doesn't make his accomplishments more impressive to me.
