I usually don't predict things like this, but I'll take a guess: HAS is expecting a blowout quarter, and wants to be traded on NYSE before they announce so that they'll pop up in all the NYSE positive-earnings-surprise reports, hoping that will attract new investors. Frankly, I don't know if these means anything significant for their stock price. Like a split, the switch to a new market doesn't change anything about the company fundamentals.
