Here, here! And what if any interest does he have in
TDFX if any? A stock holder? Why, if he is so down on
them would he be? A short? Ahhh, that makes more
sense. For someone who wants more financial discussion
he does seem to be pleading with us to bail and is
not really offering much else IMO. Interesting....

As for your analogies (love them car analogies!):
"Wall street is lumping 3DFX in the same boat as S3,
or ATI, when in fact it should be in a separate
category, like Rolls Royce or Ferrari vs. Ford or
Nissan."

Wall street may be lumping but lets remember that when
Ford wanted to they kicked Ferrari's ass, wrt
performance image, in the 60's (Read the Cobra Ferrari
wars books). I don't think the analogy holds unless
an Intel(Ford) tries to buy 3DFX(Ferrari), fails, and
then betters them out of spite and for marketing
attention.
Possible but not likely this qtr. - yikes!

Sorry, I'm a Cobra fanatic ;)
(and a REAL TDFX stockholder)

Steve, I agree - it's time to market the name & image
in a big way! They can wow people, now its time to
woo them - especially the confused(?) financial market.

Phil
