"Guidance" is just a fancy way of referring to a company offering its expectations for the future. Guidance on revenue means a company is stating what it expects future revenues to be, or how much revenue growth it expects, etc.

It's essentially "guiding" the thinking of analysts and investors as we evaluate the company.
