This strategy is very similar to mine. I would suggest the following based on your criteria:

Healthcare: ABT, PFE, MDT
Financial: BAC, FBF, CMA
Conglomerate/Other: MMM, KMB, PH, KMB

Also, someone mentioned earlier to look at GLW (Corning). They recently stopped accepting new DRP accounts.
