A quick comment on Boston Communications Group.

Caution: technical (voodoo?) analysis ahead.

Looking at the chart (see link below), I would have stayed away, absent clear and convincing evidence of improving fundamentals, as it was in a l-t downtrend.

Note the stock's downward sloping channel (partly) defined by a low around 8 in Dec. 2003 and then successive lower lows in Jan., March, and May of 2005.
Lest anyone think TA is voodoo, I would point out that Andrew W. Lo,
co-author of _A Non-Random Walk Down Wall Street_ believes in it, and he runs a successful hedge fund on the side.
