Until this afternoon, I really haven't had FUN with CAPS. I have ENJOYED caps, but not had FUN. Big difference.

Today, I made five additional picks in some stocks that I see could potentially risk lowering my 95+ rating and good accuracy. But I don't care anymore. I sort of sweated making those 5 picks (three homebuilders, one oil company, and one wireless communication service). They are not the sort of picks one might imagine outperforming the S&P 500 and they are not the kind bets I make with my own money (mainly, because there's too much risk they will underperform). But, these picks are very out-of-favor, so I thought, "what the heck". I'm taking a chance, but that's what CAPS is all about. CAPS allows me to go wild when I feel like it and make some calls I wouldn't make with my real money portfolio. I didn't have that mentality before. Now I do. I'm having fun.

Now, I get to see if I've been managing my real money correctly (avoiding losing money or underperforming the market), or maybe not taking enough chances in order to increase my returns beyond what I imagined possible.
