Have you looked at Morningstar Dividend Investor? It is a portfolio service, rather than a stock picking service, so you're not getting a new stock pick each month, rather they adjust their portfolios over time, sometimes buying new stocks, at other times adding to am existing position and of course sometimes selling all or part of a position.

They have two model portfolios, one for taxable accounts (which contains also MLPs) and one for retirement accounts (which substitutes the MLPs with something else). Since I don't like to have MLPs even in taxable accounts, I follow the portfolio for retirement accounts.
