Have you tried going to an independent agent? I did with a less that spectacular, ahem, record and he moved me from one $$$ high-risk policy to one that is still high-risk but much less costly.

As I understand it, there is much business to be had in the "sub-standard" market so companies are vying for policyholders -- I believe Progressive was the one that started this trend.

Keep trying, you will find coverage and very likely for less than you think. If that fails, consider a cheap car w/ liability only as others have suggested.
