I wonder if I kin make sum Sushi out of dat pig head skin, wrapped in seaweed (of course), packed wid rice, and dipped in Wassabi mixed wid sum soy sauce... might could use sum good long-life fermented Kimchi and a margarita in a glass wid a salted rim and a twist of lime to go wid... to die for. <g>
