I have diabettes and been trying to lose weight. I started walking the block in my neighborhood for about 3 months. I applied at a grocery store see if I could handle working as a bag clerk and get the carts out from the parking lot. I been there about 3 months. I used to weight alot.

I currently weigh 183 lb on the scale at home. I've lost about 40 lbs from when I started at the store. I now can pick up a propane tank. I currently have mediaid so I can go see my diabettes dr.

I haven't had any Dr pepper for 6 months. I do drink bottled water where at where I work and they give it to me for free.

I try to stay away from sugar so my blood sugar levels ok.

I want to stay on where I"m working if the store will let me. The summer months will be hot and can lose more weight.
