Hello, all. I wandered over here and came across this thread.

What I do with Jalapeno Jelly is make Jalapeno Cheesecake.

Here's the recipe. Enjoy!

Jalapeno Cheesecake

1 8 oz package cream cheese
1 8 oz jar Hot Pepper Jelly, divided
5 oz grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg

Mix all ingredients together in food processor or blender using only 1/2 of jar of jelly.
Pour into a 6 inch spring form pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Cool completely (several hours in the refrigerator) and remove from pan.
Pour remaining jelly over cheesecake.
Serve with favorite crackers or hearty bread.

FW Notes:
Have used other hot pepper jellies.
Did not pour remaining jelly over cheesecake.
Well received. It has a sweet and hot flavor.
Even CW likes it in moderation.
