Hello, all. I wandered over here and came across this thread.What I do with Jalapeno Jelly is make Jalapeno Cheesecake.Here's the recipe. Enjoy!Jalapeno Cheesecake1 8 oz package cream cheese1 8 oz jar Hot Pepper Jelly, divided5 oz grated sharp cheddar cheese2 cloves garlic, minced1 eggMix all ingredients together in food processor or blender using only 1/2 of jar of jelly.Pour into a 6 inch spring form pan.Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.Cool completely (several hours in the refrigerator) and remove from pan.Pour remaining jelly over cheesecake.Serve with favorite crackers or hearty bread.FW Notes:Have used other hot pepper jellies.Did not pour remaining jelly over cheesecake.Well received. It has a sweet and hot flavor.Even CW likes it in moderation.
