Hello all, new to this board but not to (sometimes post on Health and Nutrition). Niki - hope the worst of your attack is over. Do you know if there are any specific triggers for your migraines ? Last year I started getting them again with a serious vengance, after several years remission apart from a few relatively minor ones. My doctor suggested keeping a food/sleep/stress diary to see if there was any pattern. It was a useful exercise, and I worked out mostly the things that would leave me more prone, and hence could try and be careful to work round any problems. Do you have any medication that you take ? Anti-nausea tablets can be quite good alongside any painkillers. Hope this helps, I can write more if you're interested.
