Hello,

I own the Tweedy Browne American Value Fund (TWEBX) and am considering selling it because of poor performance and a high expense ratio. I called them to check for any expected div/cap gains payouts and they are expected to pay 1) ord dividends of $0.33 per share, 2) ST cap gains of $.07 and 3) LT cap gains of $1.74 on 12/28/05. Is there any reason I would want to wait for these distributions before selling?

Thanks,

VG
