Some time in the last couple of months on the radio show there was a CEO of come company, and he had a British or Welsh accent and the context of the conversation was what were some of the most important lessons he had learned. He answered that one of the most important things he had learned was not to care too much or concern yourself too much with outcomes of negotiations or something like that. It was in the context of negotiation and sales.

Anyone remember or know where I might be able to go to find this?

Thanks.

Doug
