MY best friend tonight called me an said are there any non profit credit counceling

Heres what I do know:
1) He's trying to avoid Bankruptcy.
2) His wife passed away 2 months ago.
3) He has a son that lives with him that wants to go to jr college.
4) He can't afford internet or tv he had to turn that off.
5) He refi his house over 1 year ago.
6) He bought a new car 4 months ago at 0% interest
7) I bought my friend a pair of dress pants 2 months ago.
8) When I do visit him I buy dinner for him and his son.
9) He doesn't want to get screwed over.
