Hey Jim,

I did go for the least expensive trip between cities that I could find, and didn't add a car rental or cab rate. I was hoping to find an apartment witin walking distance of the office so that I could avoid that expense.

I'll specify that my quoted rate is for full price lodgings and that I am willing to reduce if they can reach a better deal. I checked out the Government rates for perdiem and I seem to be in the ball park for rates.

Thanks for the advice, I've only ever worked contracts in Canada where they pay your expenses for you. I was getting pretty crazy about the whole thing.
