Hi 4site,

I just recently heard about the satellite possibility, and last weekend I installed one. I'm a very happy camper.

The broadband would have been fine, but I had waited nearly a year for it to come to the neighborhood. I had also recently left my system running overnight to download a huge file I needed for work. And the local provider said the DSL would be delayed yet again.

Having been very patient for nearly a year, my instant gratification mode took over, and I did it. It's a bit more expensive, but I don't care. I still have my landline for routine things, but when I want or need the speed it's there. (Is it possible to feel the wind whistling past your ears while sitting at a PC in your livingroom?)

I'm still mulling over what investment opportunities might show up in this area.
