Hi Ali, sure feels too good to be true. I wonder, has the interest rate changed over time?

It says they haven’t defaulted for 25 years, but the truth is 8% wasn’t even a big risk 20 years ago. Today a business that is taking loans out much greater than 8% is a much higher risk than even 10 years ago.
So to me, the most suspicious part is if the interest rate never changes. They have to be increasing risk as traditional rates drop. If their rates just never change it starts to remind
me of a investment company that promised 15% returns year in and year out for a couple decades. Until he was arrested and went to jail for an incredible ponzi scheme, ie Bernie Madoff.
