Hi Bruce

Sorry to approach you this way but I'm struggling with something that you may be able to easily solve. I know that you originally set up the Fat Pipe account on Quicken which is where I follow my accounts and potential purchases. Today I've been unable to access my account at all--the entire day! I'm hoping that nothing has happened to my info because it's my only record (lesson learned). Anyway, are you experiencing the same trouble?

I also posted a request for help directly on the Rat Board.
