Hi, Drew. The new Discovery: IPO Trailblazers service would not be investing in pre-IPOs but in newly public companies after they go public. The universe of equities is any company that has gone public within the last 4 years. They will also be identifying quality companies planning to go public and recommending investments shortly after. But all transactions will be on the open market.

There is not a set number of shares to be purchased (TMF generally deals in position values rather than numbers of shares) and there is no net income requirement, though there is a minimum recommended amount the service recommends to proportionally follow along with TMF's real money investments. However, member Fool can follow the service as best as their individual circumstances afford.
