in addition to the great advice Paul gave you, you may want to compare the different options in terms of their implied interest/earnings rate so that you can decide if you can earn a greater return than they are offering for various options.

Of course, as Paul points out, tax considerations in all their forms must be considers, since it's what you keep that counts.
