That's an impressive addition to my comment.
RE: Earnings growth. We like to see endlessly increasing earnings growth, but it's an impossibility, n'est-ce pas? Earnings "growth", yes, but "increasing" - hard for established companies. or am I being pedantic? People often double up when they qualiify something, but if we take it literally, increasing + growth is hard to sustain. (Rule Breakers apart!).

Anyway, I'll try to follow your leads there. Another company that seemed similar on value and is on the rise at present is PH. I bought some of those on the dip.

But your point about TDW's EBIT/EV being not specially good is interesting. I'm surprised - and therefore interested.
