We've been with BofI now (Boomer Checking) for about 6 months. The bill pay interface is slightly clunky, but pretty easy to use once you get used to it. We've had 0 problems with their bill pay, or any other facet of the account. The few times that we've contacted customer service, via phone & email, the responses have been prompt, courteous, and helpful.

In short, we've been very pleased with them (though I wish they'd stop lowering the rates :( ).
