I just made the corrections to the spreadsheet after your note.

When updating quarters with new information, one trick I've learned is to highlight the cells you want copied, hit control-c and then instead of pasting, right click on the cell you're copying to and choose paste special --> paste values only. That way any dependent cells with formula calculations won't be disrupted.
