Nothing personal, but like I just posted on ACAS's board, I'm really hoping for a retracement of ARCC's price going into the conversion to help out my CapGains liability and to allow me to buy more shares with my $10.13 from the deal.

I will also benefit by a lower ARCC share price because I am dripping the dividends and am still willing to buy cheaper ARCC shares. A $1 ARCC price drop will give me an opportunity to receive about a 6% additional share amount added to my portfolio that will crank out even more dividends in the future.
