(a) Do you always blindly buy the stocks that meet the requirements of the screen, or do you also use human judgment?

Yes. I'm too lazy to do research, so I've ridden on the backs of the very smart people around here.

(b) Once you buy whatever stocks you're going to, do you set stops under them or just let the chips fall where they may?

I let the chips fall. Sometimes they do (see NFLX a couple days ago), but the ups have far, far outweighed the downs in the almost 10 years I've been doing this.
